We manufacture many sheet metal parts every day; we have a full range of sheet metal fabrication capabilities. We can shear steel up to .250" thick and ten feet long. We do CNC Punching in house on all material up to .250" thick by forty inches wide and fifteen feet long. Our 175 ton CNC press break is capable of forming material up to fourteen feet long.
Structural Steel Fabrication
We manufacture many structural steel products, including but not limited to: regular & spiral stairways, structural guard rails, cell phone platforms, door lintels and many other products that our customer request. We pre notch, drill, saw, and fabricate large I-beams for construction purposes. Depending on the project we can measure and design it ourselves, but mostly we build off of blue prints supplied by our customers.
