Powder Coating

Powder coating is a dry powder paint that is heat cured to metal to give it a durable finish.   Powder coat paint is available in a wide array of colors; including textures, glosses and metallic finishes.

Although powder coating is not totally indestructible, it is more durable than most other paints.   Powder coating is fully cured after it cools down from being baked at high temperatures for at least fifteen minutes, and will instantly resist chipping, scratching, chalking and fading.

We currently powder coat small and large batches.   Our oven is capable of holding parts up to 19 ½' long, 7 ½' wide and 7 ½' tall.   We are currently in the process of installing a chain line to speed up our large orders and to help keep the costs down.
